I fell in love with the barbering atmosphere not only because you have the opportunity to be your own boss, make your own hours, meet new people on a daily basis; but because you can be you without anyone having a say so other than yourself. Studying the art of barbering was always a dream of mine since I was 9 years of age. Most people will say barbering is not a real job, and they’re right. It’s never considered “real” work if you love what you’re doing. As I went through the process, opportunity came faster than expected. Becoming an instructor gave me the chance to spread my personal experiences and the love for barbering in ways that students hadn’t witnessed yet. Seeing students succeed is what drives me and keeps me motivated.

My name is Mr. A, I am a licensed barber of 12 years and barber instructor. The passion and love for the craft is my motivation to keep pushing and put out good barbers. My mission statement is to teach state board, barbering life skills, along with the business side of my field experiences.
